The project objective is to use traditional stories to teach and learn through innovative methods. We will use new method (inquiry-based learning) and familiar method (outdoor education and discovery learning) to enhance children motivation to be active learners and in the same time increasing teachers professional competences.

Biannual meeting of preschool education teachers - Iasi, Romania
At Center no 6, in the framework of the biannual meeting of preschool education teachers held at "Eurokid" Kindergarten, Iasi, Romania, on 17 November 2017, our team shared through presentation and debates, best practices in math activities using innovative methods and strategies based on traditional/folk stories in the context of "From the forest to the sea!" Erasmus+ project.
In such way, the Romanian teachers found out how European countries (Estonia, Portugal, Belgium) applied the mathematical concepts in practice, what methods and strategies are used and what are the similarities and differences between educational systems.
